Shipping + Returns
We take a lot of pride in our products and we make sure your order is carefully packed and delivered to you. All shipped products go through our hands, this helps us ensure that your order gets to you the way we intended safely, timely and smartly. Our products usually ship within 1 to 3 business days from your original order with the exemption of custom items. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is ready for shipping. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For shipping within Canada, you can choose either standard shipping, which takes 2-8 days, or expedited shipping, which takes 1-4 days. Average shipping time within Ontario is 1-3 days, and outside of Ontario 4-8 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For shipping to the US, only standard shipping is available so that we can track and keep a close eye to your package. Shipping to the US takes approximately 5-9 days. For International orders, outside of the US, your delivery times will vary depending on location. Feel free to contact us if you would like additional information.
PRIVACY: Eddycrest Co. collects information when you make a purchase, including your name, mailing address, and email address. We completely respect your privacy, and we will not share this information with anyone.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES: We want you to love your Eddycrest Co. products! If you are not satisfied within 15 days of your ship date, we will gladly provide you with an exchange or online credit. To be eligible your item must be its original condition unless you received a damaged item. Simply send us an email including the invoice number and the reason for the exchange. We will confirm the exchange along with the return address. Eddycrest Co. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. Please note that all custom orders and sale items are final sale.
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Eddycrest Co. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
